The Owner and Subcontractor need to sign off on a Subcontract Change Order, yet VP does not allow another Contact to be entered as a "To" contact. The only workaround it to save the template to their workstation, send it to the owner using Outlook, then attach the signed pdf once the Owner has signed off, THEN send to the Subcontractor. This wastes a lot of time and removes ALL tracking information that VP is supposed to track. If the person that sent to the Owner leaves or goes on vacation, we have no idea what they've done or not done. All other document types (PCOs, RFIs, Submittals, Purchase Orders) allow multiple To contacts so why SubCO were designed differently? Even a PO doesn't have to be sent to a Vendor. We can't send a document to an Owner as a CC.
