See Total Budget $ on the SM Agreement Budget Tab

It would be nice to see a dollar amount total of all budget lines entered on the SM Agreement Budget Tab.  This would be helpful when entering the budget lines, to confirm that the total is what you expected it to be.  It would also be nice to have this revalidate if a line is updated during amendment.
