Should have the abiltity to use custom markup table for "non-material purchases" from AP

Should be able to use custom markup table for non-material purchases coming from standard AP entries by SM Cost Type when one is not using materials/inventory module.  Most of our items are purchase via POs and entered directly to work orders in job cost and these are limited to flat percentage markup instead of being able to utilize custom table for varied markup based on cost
