From the field, need the ability to create and email an invoice to a customer, and collect payment from a customer, with a "seamless" integration/upload into Vista

The SM Module does not currently work well for businesses (like us) that provide billable services to new and existing customers every day as it doesn't have an effective mobile functionality.
