When creating trips Service Management, it would be helpful if we were able to assign a default start time other than 12:00AM, so that if we need a technician to visit a site first thing in the morning, we wouldn't have to remember to change all other trips scheduled for that day so they show up in the correct order on viewpoint. Even if the default start time could reflect the technician's typical work schedule assigned in SM Technicians, that would be a major help.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
This would resolve 90% of the questions from our technicians wanting to confirm start time.
please make this happen, we have about 75 technicians and struggle to make sure we have the correct start times
