We use SM Call Handler to generate our SM WO's because it's the only place where new AR Customers, new SM Customers and new SM Service Sites added will auto-numbered; also Call Handler allows documentation of caller contact info.  However, the field defaults set in System Overrides for SM Customers and AR Customers are not being applied.  We have to return to each newly created AR and SM Customer record to correct these fields.  Incorrect data causes problems with SM invoices that we may or may not catch (missing SM Customer defaults:  rate template, invoice grouping, invoice summary level, missing AR Customer default:  payment terms). 

When system override defaults are set in a form, they should apply everywhere!
