Currently, the AR Customer and the SM Customer are a one-to-one relationship. It would be beneficial if it were a one-to-many relationship.
We have AR Customers that manage multiple properties (Service Sites). Even though all of the billing may ultimately be billed to 1 AR Customer, the billing information (address, email, etc) could vary for each site. Ideally, you would want to use the Service Site address as the physical property address, and that is not usually where the invoices need to be sent. Multiple SM Customers would solve this issue.
Currently, we have created custom fields on the service site to enter the correct mailing address information.
