When creating a work order quote, there is no easy way to send the quote to the customer. You have to pull up the report, and then export it from there. And find the customer's email address in the system, so you know where to send it to. I'm sure the system was designed to actually give the quotes to customers, but there is no streamlined way to do this.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
I agree with the email feature but would add that we should be able to capture a signature from a customer as well.
