Call backs can be costly to a service business, and or point to another issue such as a faulty piece of equipment and/or more training for technician. Having the ability to track this and look for trends is beneficial for a service company. This should be in SM Call handler as a customer may refer to "called last week" when talking to the dispatcher taking a call but also be transferred to the SM Work Order.
