We have a need to separate the SM Work Order Close and Reopen capability, so we can allow PM to close work order, but it has to be accounting personnel to reopen work order.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
VA Form Security allows a Viewpoint Administrator to assign or deny permissions to the SM Work Order Close AND the SM Work Order Reopen form. This is standard functionality that has always existed :)
This should be a standard function. Nobody but Accounting or PR should be able to reopen and closed work orders. Because of affects on financials for a given period, especially if you are try to track WIP in SM. This issue messes with your borrowing base month to month.
