We currently have the ability to close PO's by Job but not by SM Work Order number. The only way to close PO's that were written to work orders is to close them individually, which can be extremely time consuming.

It would be a lot better if when the payables are entered and there are no open line items on the purchase order, they would automatically close when the payables invoice(s) are processed.
What was shipped? Will we have the ability to select PO's to close using PO Close form?
Once a PO is paid within AP it should automatically close the PO.
It would be much better if when the vendor invoice is processed through accounts payable for that purchase order and there are no open items, the system should close the purchase order at that time.
