Our work flow does NOT allow posting to soft-closed jobs (box is "unchecked" on JC Company Parameters). As a result, we soft close all of our jobs and that is the last step we take in the job closing process. We do not use separate G/L accounts for our open versus closed jobs as well. Our process currently does not involve going through and hard closing jobs. As such adding the ability to auto close POs and Subcontracts on Soft Close would make that feature available to our work flow. Is that an option we can add?

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
We soft close a job in warranty period and have to manually close PO's and SL's. Please provide options to close on soft closure.
