Add "Restrict by Project Manager' in PO Close. Implementing process for Project Manager Assistants to have the ability to close purchase orders for all jobs by project manager. Current process would require them to enter each job individually, which could include anywhere from 6-100 different jobs per PM.

I agree Tina. There also needs to be a restriction to close non-job PO's. It takes a significant amount of time to delete each line item with a job PO, or type in by PO # , in order to just close non job PO's.
There needs to be more restrictions by something possibly Ordered By or GL Account. We have employees in the shop that create purchase orders for materials and we don't have an easy way for them to close those PO's.
