It consumes much time having to look up SM Customer first when setting up a quote. The F4 lookup option should be available on both the customer and site fields to speed up user interaction with the form.

The minute we finally got around to using SM Work Order Quotes, our staff immediately came back to me and asked if I could switch the order of entry to site first. The field staff knows the sites off the top of their head, but not the customer IDs. Following the same entry process as SM Work Orders will help them greatly.
This would be greatly appreciated especially since you can do this in SM Work Order.
