We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

It is more of a company preference due to the wide variety of combinations that can occur with the different rates associated to each job.
Over time you can expect many/most codes, such as PR Template, to increase character length (# of digits), but it may not match your job code (multi-part format). Currently, there is no timeline or specific order/priority for this work, but it will be part of future database upgrades.
Note that PR Template is intended to represent a collection of crafts and related info that can be reused across multiple jobs - it does not expect a one-to-one relationship with job. Sounds like that may be your practice - correct? Is this a requirement for your company or a preference?
