Our employees work in many union locals during a year. We use specific deduction/liability codes per local for reporting purposes and as a detailed explanation to the employee. The PR Check/Check stub reports can quickly run out of room to list all necessary benefits/deductions for an employee who works in several locals throughout a year. We need a solution that would be similar to the AP Check Overflow report. The report would only run when needed, and the additional report would also attach to the employee sequence and therefore also be available in the Keystyle employee portal.
The current Vista solution to this need is to print a very subtle message on the report, below the benefits/deductions section, that explains that a separate Payroll Register report should be run for the given employee. This isn't a practical solution.
