Currently when adding a new Class to a Craft or Craft Template you need to click into the Pay Rates tab on PR Craft Class or PR Craft Class Template and add the "1" shift for the entry to show up in the PRTP or PRCP tables. This would be great for setup and also for future adjustment.

In the meantime. this could be accomplished with a custom trigger to use your business logic to create the Shift 1 entry and use the correct rates.
