This will be helpful to prevent over-writing previous invoice entries or accidentally deleting them. Right now you can have multiple users entering invoices into the unapproved queue. Is possible for anyone to delete or modify the entry that has access to that module. Allowing users to only edit or delete their own entry is essential to having accountability for ones work without interference from others. Currently admin can only turn this ability to edit off to those who approve not those who enter.
When you approve invoices you can only see your invoices. It seems like when entering invoices you should only be able to see and modify your own as well.
