Aatrix very slow. Unable to download a file, to file our self at zero cost. Vista tax reports and forms and e-file option was 1000 percent more user friendly. Vista is extremely quick and easy to file. We should not half to pay to download electronic file and we should be able to file our self not through a third party. We do not like releasing team members information, we should have the option to file our self. I understand we can use the Vista reports but you are no longer supporting the forms which is causing an issue.
