The 940 and its Schedule A are available using Vista's Aatrix integration. You will find the current 940 listed in the PR Aatrix Report Selection form (PR Programs). The form will auto load with your payroll data and allow edit. When ready you can print the completed form and mail to the IRS (no cost or Aatrix registration required). If you prefer to e-file, Aatrix offers a single report or low cost annual e-file subscription (one time company registration required)

SERIOUSLY ... how can a PR accounting system "NOT track all the information required to complete a FEDERALLY required form?!?!?!?!? NOT happy at all with the year end PR process.

A fillable version of the Form 940 can be accessed through the IRS website here.
