Ability to Clear AP Invoice with an AR Invoice

There are certain situations in which we would like to generate an AR Invoice on one side of our business and enter it as an AP Invoice on the other side so it goes through AP Invoice approval.

  This would be nice for us as there are many times when MN DOT does an estimate with deducts to finalize a project which in turn creates overpaid subcontractors. We currently post the SL Sub Invoice to AP, Create an offset in AP, then create an AR Invoice and create an offset.

  Ar and AP netting is functionality I've seen in other ERP systems.

  Yes, Great suggestion.  We have companies that cross AP & AR, and typically to accommodate - we are making multi enteries to accommodate.
