Then you wouldn't have to go back and send lien waivers for signatures as they would be included with the email. Either make it so multiple attachments can be set up in company parameters or so that the remittance report will include multiple pages for the lien waivers if subcontractor invoices have been paid. Leave the boxes unchecked so a lien waiver could be sent and the subcontractor could check the correct box for partial or final.
