Union pay changes based on where the employee is working i.e. job location. An employee can work in 1 local on 1 job, then go to another local to another job. Each local has their own CBA and pay rates/benefits generally vary. Right now, we rely on the time submitter (generally a foreman of the crew) to submit time and add notes via Mobile Field Manager. This is how our payroll knows to make sure the craft, class, and pay is correct in time entry. If there was an item in the time entry grid that displayed the local # attached to the job, they wouldn't have to rely on the note being there and this would be a better control that employees are paid correctly. This would be good for all sizeable union contractors that have employees working in multiple locals.

You may also want to look at the Reciprocity feature of PR Craft Templates. I believe there are some Knowledge Base articles on this subject.
Hello!
I'm not from the US, so this might not work for you, but I think it would!
There is a feature in Vista called PR Craft Templates. This will allow you to set project specific pay rates, allowances etc. Once you've set this up, you need to add the template to the job through PM Projects under the PR Info Tab.
