Need a PTO/ PR Leave report that can be pulled by Company, PR Group, week ending date showing all employee's usage/accrual for the week. The report we use to reconcile our HR records is the PR Leave Accrual Audit List. However, once a leave batch is posted and after the month has been closed there is no way to pull this information again.

I strongly suggest you get familiar with SQL. You can write/create your own views, then put them in an excel spreadsheet. I made one for this very purpose.
