Our technicians use FieldConnect. When we prepare a work order QUOTE and attach the vendor quotes we receive, pictures of the issue, etc. we need the attachments to transfer/attach to the actual WORK ORDER in order for the technicians to see all information associated with this job in FieldConnect. This would eliminate unnecessary calls to the office for details on a job and increase productivity in the field.
