Add a good LMS Report in HR Management

Vista has all the parts for Employees(Resources), Skills and Training but does not tie it together in a useful report.  Please create a single report  that can be given to Employees (Resources) as a reference tool.    For example:  When a new or existing employee takes a job in a position that has training and skill requirements, we should be able to hand them a single report that shows them:

  1. What their position code is
  2. What Skills (Qualifications) and/or Training is required for that position code
  3. What Skills/Training they already have OR what skills/training they are missing (or both)
  4. When the Skill/Training they have with certification dates expires (or already expired)

The Position Code form has the Employees with that code assigned, what qualifications and training are needed for that position code; and the Skills/Training forms have the information regarding the Skill/Training including dates and the employees (resources) that have that skill or completed the training.  Please create a cross referencing report to allow easier management of Resources and their Training/Skills.
