Vista has all the parts for Employees(Resources), Skills and Training but does not tie it together in a useful report. Please create a single report that can be given to Employees (Resources) as a reference tool. For example: When a new or existing employee takes a job in a position that has training and skill requirements, we should be able to hand them a single report that shows them:
The Position Code form has the Employees with that code assigned, what qualifications and training are needed for that position code; and the Skills/Training forms have the information regarding the Skill/Training including dates and the employees (resources) that have that skill or completed the training. Please create a cross referencing report to allow easier management of Resources and their Training/Skills.
