Add ability to sort queries on SM Dispatch Board

Add a sequence field in SM Dispatch Board Setup > Queries tab and make the SM Dispatch Board sort queries by sequence. This will help to speed up the workflow of dispatch users, especially in environments where many custom queries are used.
