We would like to have a change order form (for each type of change order) that includes amounts per units and rates (such as labor , material and equipment rates). I know this is not only an issue my company has, but also other Vista users as well. I've attached an example of the change orders we provide now with unit amounts and rates included. It is only the 2nd page of the change order.
