We would like the ability to enter a one time payroll deduction/payback in the Employee Maintenance for Deductions/Liabilities. HR normally enters these and since they are not part of the payroll processing, they cannot enter it in pay sequence control processing. HR is now entering them in the Employee Maintenance and maintaining a reminder list to go back and delete the deduction that was set up.

Thank you, Kevin. We haven't tested it yet but it looks like this will work great! We were unaware this feature was available so your response is much appreciated.
Jackie,
You could have HR enter the deduction and use scheduled changes to change the frequency code and amount after payroll is processed to remove it from future processing. If you haven't used scheduled changes before, you can right click most fields in Vista and schedule a change in the future. It's very useful for many purposes.
