Need the ability to export from DM Index Search (the Results Grid data) to excel or word so you can search the data

We have projects that require company specific forms signed. We need to search the active employees for a particular form the company requires to be signed by everyone and then we can send the list of WHO has the SIGNED form in their HR file. I don't need the signed form - only the list of employees who have the form
