We often have situations where the cost of freight on a job varies by phase. If we could set up different Pay Codes by Phase on the Quote's Pay Codes it would save us a lot of work. Right now we have to have an AP clerk go over the MS tickets and change the rate. The Haul Overrides tab has Phase, why not Pay Codes?

Having the Phase on the Pay Code tab under MS Quotes will be life saver for us. We have jobs sales where we not only have multiple haul rates (MS Quotes / Haul Overrides tab) but also we require multiple pay rates based off of job phases. Our AR person is in great need of this! They currently, after importing the material sales tickets in from our outside ticketing software, must go through hundreds of tickets each week to determine if a pay rate needs to changed or not. They are checking for other somewhat minor issues as well but the pay rate is a major oversite in the Viewpoint software. Is is reasonable to say that, if the Haul Overrides tab can allow a deeper breakdown of rates, then the Pay Code tab should be able to do the same for pay rates (Pay Code tab).
