Clean up the version numbers available in Clearview

There should be 1 option per software version for case tags and in the filter bar for issues. If I am on version 2020 R1.18 then I should be able to tag my case with or filter for '2020 R1.18' without also needing to search through '20 R1.18', 'Vista 2020 R1.18', '20.1.18', 2020R1.18', '2020 R1.18 (validated by GeoffH)', etc.

Also, each version should be tagged on an issue. Having to further include into my searches all the variations of '2020R1+' is time consuming, unnecessary, and leads to issues being missed when we are trying to see what is coming up in a future version.
