Remove case sensitivity

Whenever certain fields are entered in uppercase, Vista will not accept and freaks out with error messages.

    Document Management. Submittals, RFIs, Meeting Minutes, Drawing Logs, etc. Nothing accepts uppercase within entries. When entering submittal types, RFI types, document types, updating the status of RFIs and submittals, etc.
