Delete/Inactivate/Archive old or unused Classes Merged

With so many classes it would be nice to be able to inactivate classes that are not being used or are obsolete. Currently we are putting "DO NOT USE" in the description, however, we are operating in dozens of unions with hundreds and hundreds of classifications and growing. I would love to be able to shorten the list of our DO NOT USE classes to avoid errors.

    I think this widely needed item might have more votes if you consider how many times it has been requested: VACCTG-I-1443, VACCTG-I-653, VSTA-I-1548, VSTA-I-2461, VSTA-I-2939
