This would be amazing as right now I have to hope and pray that the employees setting up new employees do not pick the wrong classification as we just had to complete redo our setup as our unions have switched to home funded and have broken out different locals with different rates where they all were the same before. It would also be amazing if there was a craft report that you could select multiple crafts with specific deduction codes or be able to filter by a specific class.
Please look at this for the future roadmap. There are a lot of votes on this suggestion at 4 other related to it.
This would be very helpful. I am surprised Vista doesn't have this ability and requires customization. When Spectrum does have this ability to check a box to inactive a craft.
Being able to make PR craft classes inactive would be extremely helpful. We are trying to implement Field Management and the pull down for the user to enter the craft class is ridiculously long with all our of Do not use crafts/classes that are no longer needed.
This would be extremely helpful. The suggestion has been out there for many years. Please revisit incorporating this into the program.
I think this widely needed item might have more votes if you consider how many times it has been requested: VACCTG-I-1443, VACCTG-I-653, VSTA-I-1548, VSTA-I-2461, VSTA-I-2939
This would be a nice feature. I currently put the word, "inactive" in the class description; however, it does not completely illuminate someone from using it. If a payroll person is busy, not paying attention or has a high volume of payroll, a description gets missed.
