It seems silly theat when HR pushes a rate change from hourly to salary they have no way to remove the hourly rate. Payroll has to go into PR Employees and chnage the hourly rate to zero after the salary has been pushed over. It's even worse when changing a salary rate to an hourly rate bacuse they have no way to change the EC in the HR module; again payroll has to zero out the salary rate after the hourly rate has been pushed over AND change the EC.
