Currently, we have to change the A for always to N for Never in HR Master and then pushed the changes to payroll. If we don't do that and an employee is rehired and the codes were not shut off the deductions start right back up and most of the time they are incorrect. It would be great if this could happen automatically so when an employee is rehired we can start new deduction codes.

Yes, this would be great if termination date could link to the benefit code expiration date stamp. Right now it's a manual process.
This would be a great feature. I would prefer it to put them in a batch and we push over. Depending on the term reason, some of our benefits stay active, like temporary layoffs.
