When setting up a new Resource, the function HR Benefit Initialization is handy, and an Effective Date is set two months into the future. When the employee returns the Benefit paperwork, some offered benefits (that were part of the initialization) may be declined. If a "Employee Declines" button existed, with the functionality of NOT updating PR, it would make the arduous benefit setup just that much easier.

Great idea! I just created three Benefit Codes for Waive Med, Waive Den, and Waive Vis, so at least I wouldn't think that i forgot to add the codes.
Can't you just add a UD field for this?
