Overtime Cost Posting - Option to post Actual Cost rather than projected for Labour postings from PR

In our company we pay uplifted rates for overtime. We need to see these uplifted costs posted on the work order in order to accurately reflect margin. Currently the options are only to post the actual cost which is the flat SM Fixed Rate or the employees actual pay rate (which goes against our HR policy and also does not include on charge costs such as insurances and taxes). The projected cost shows the SM Fixed Rate multiplied by SM Pay Type Factor in the work completed tab but there is no option to post this figure and therefore we have to perform a manual adjustment to account for the difference in the two costs. We would like to see this added as another posting option.

  Would like to have the ability to mark up fixed rate actual cost by OT multiplier on SM work orders.
