Currently there are only 3 priorities: High Priority which gives a red dot on the trip and WO, Med Priority which has no colored dot and Low Priority which gives an Orange dot on the trip and WO. It would be nice to be able to add more SM Scope Priorities, rename them and change the colors.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
I agree 100%, we like to add jobs to a cancellation list to backfill when techs have a short day or a spare hour or two. If we could make a green one that indicated the customer is ok with us showing up anytime it would help dispatch faster and more efficiently.
