It's almost impossible to remove or flag a scope line on a WO where there are multiple scopes at play to identify:
#1 - it's no longer needed
#2 - we can no longer do it
To skip or remove a line like this we have to catch it before we do any work on any of the other lines but once there is work completed or trips, we lose the ability to mark these scopes as no longer requiring service. Please allow us to do this - it's just not feasible for us to catch every eventuality for this before work starts.

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

This would be a great tool, just had a job where I found out after the fact that a scope wasn't being performed by us any longer, and I can't delete it now that work has been done.
