When employees purchase uniforms, we have to go back in to stop the deduction manually because the system doesn't allow a one-time use.

This is what I do to enter a One-Time Deduction:
(Set up a new Frequency Code in Headquarters)
(You can use whatever you want to identify the one-time deduction)
Then:
PR Pay Period Control Frequency: Select Y for Yearly
PR Employees / Dedns Liabs Frequency: Select Y for Yearly
