Recently switched to the cloud environment - was offered two different platforms. Both are terrible. Have to choose the lesser of two evils: slow speed, reports showing on a 1/3 of the page, exporting to print OR on the other version can't print and can't use attachments. Seriously? And somehow it is okay to sell this product AND charge more for its inferiority???

We are working to improve your (and all users') experience with significant ongoing investments in critical platform elements such as cloud performance and printing. But please keep in mind that Suggestion Box is intended and best suited for specific software enhancement requests, not broad, general complaints. I advise pressing your Account Owner, Customer Success Manager, and/or Sales Rep as a more effective way to address current challenges and dissatisfaction.
This is a very real problem - how can you change this to not applicable?
