We just converted to the Cloud. We were sold that it would be more efficient. We feel like its a step backwards at this time, because we have to have two seperate cloud servers open to enter data (VRL Cloud) and run reports (LAN RDP Server).

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
She didn't say slower rather inefficient. Most likely due to the software issues with VRL and Reports. I know Dev is working with SAP on those.
So, how is it slower? Are the Reports way slower to pull?
