Remaining Committed Cost should be the Total Committed Cost for a PO minus the Actual Cost of the Invoice(s).

Currently any report (PM Contract Analysis Drilldown, PO Drilldown, PO Purchase Order Status Report) that shows Remaining Committed Cost/Remaining Cost on a PO will be inaccurate if the invoiced tax is different than the tax rate on the PO.  This is because when an invoice is posted, it will take the invoice amount, ignore the tax entered during AP Entry, and apply the tax rate that is on the PO when it is pushed over to JC committed cost.  Remaining Committed Cost should be the Total Committed Cost for a PO minus the Actual Cost of the Invoice.  If Vista forces the PO tax rate onto the invoice, it will show in all reports with a $0 Remaining Committed and project managers will have no idea that the invoice does not match the PO unless they open the invoice. The fact that AP Unapproved Invoice Review doesn't show any information on the PO, PO tax $ or tax rate makes it extremely difficult to catch any tax discrepancies during invoice approval.  The PM needs to know that there is a discrepancy so either the PO or invoice can be corrected.

Example:

PO Entry- Amount $100/ Tax $10 = $110

AP Entry (Actual Invoice)- Invoice $100/ Tax $8 = $108

Remaining Committed should be $2, instead, in the PM Contract Analysis Drilldown for example, it is showing as $0 because it will show:

Total Cmtd Cost $110

AP Entry           -$110 (instead of the $108 it actually is because Vista has forced the PO tax)
