We have POs that have their costs fully invoiced but on the PO Status Report is showing Remaining Costs. Going through the tables and AP invoices, there is a tax difference. Tax discrepancies do not affect a PO, committed costs or Job Cost. Why would these be showing as if they are remaining costs (committed) on the PO Status report if they are actually taxes?
When you look at this PO in the PO Close window, it shows Backordered $0.00 so the users are thinking there is something wrong, when there isn't. VP support simply says close the PO and VP will fix it. However, we need reports that show accurate data. I was told by support they will not track this as an issue, even though the report is wrong, and I would have to post a Suggestion to have the report fixed so it shows the data correctly.
