Would be very beneficial to organizations to have the ability to set a specific color for a given company for all users (global setting) - especially where an organization has more than one company in Vista. Currently, this is a user-specific feature. It would definitely help with consistency and training within organizations when referencing the same color for a company.

While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
The most likely choice we could make here is to more clearly define what the user is doing in the help and in the product itself.
Perhaps the help file should be updated then, to explain how? currently it's not clear when you are changing colors, if you are changing them for EVERYONE for a company, or just you as the user for that company.
