Unable to use Inquiries to access attachments associated with posted AP Transactions (or any batch process attachment). When attempt, users receive “An unexpected software error was caught” each time the inquiry on Work Center (WC) is refreshed.

Description of Problem Unable to use Inquiries to access attachments associated with posted AP Transactions (or any batch process attachment). When attempted, users receive “An unexpected software error was caught” each time the inquiry assigned to a Work Center (WC) is refreshed.

Steps To Reproduce Use VA Inquiries to create an inquiry based on posted transactions. Include code to open the related form and attachment. Assign VA Inquiry Security. Add the Inquiry to a Project Management and Dashboard Work Center. Run the Inquiry from both Work Centers.
Current Results Error received “An unexpected software error was caught. The most recent action may not have completed normally. Please notify your administrator”. Inquiry runs.
Believe this is because there is no specific form associated with a posted transaction.
Expected Results No error.
When run from PM Work Center the users expect to be able to access the attachment from the related items option.
