To edit the values for Dedn/Liab you currently have to select a row, click the Dedn/Liab tab, then edit the values. It would be MUCH more efficient to have all of these values present in the grid. This way a user can simply navigate the grid top to bottom and make all of the needed changes. As a result you would have a row in the grid for each Dedn/Liab code. This will save time for everyone by making data entry more efficient.

Also would be nice if it had old and new rates with a date effective.
