Any contractor using Union Labor would benefit from the ability to assign an employee to a Craft and Class and be able to designate a set dollar amount above the scale specified in the Class Master. Often agreements are made to pay an employee a certain dollar amount above scale and as the scale changes we would just need to set the new rates and maintain the agreement to pay a set amount above scale without editing individual employees hourly pay rate.
